With the launch of 2019 Nissan Juke, the company aims to present the next generation of its enormously popular subcompact crossover car. The supermini-SUV has been one of the most successful brands of Nissan. The newer version will have upgraded technology, a brand new and improved platform coupled with a super fuel-efficient engine.
The Juke has been facing fierce competition in its segment from other cars like Renault Captur, Peugeot 2008, and also Audi Q2. The new version is designed to cut the noise and race forward. The machine is under manufacture at the company’s Sunderland facility.
2019 Nissan Juke – Biggest Change
The new model will use the much superior Common Module Family CMF – B architecture. Another product of the Alliance. With that, it is definite that the 2019 Nissan Juke will certainly be much competent than the older Juke.
As per Nissan’s chief creative officer Shiro Nakamura, the next generation will be “edgy and less mainstream,” yet duly acknowledged that it would be very much identifiable with the original Juke. It is speculated that the design of the car is inspired by the newly launched Gripz concept. So, most probably it will be rather angular and sharp, but admittedly dynamic at looks.
The 2019 Nissan Juke will be a 5-seater. The gauges are inspired by the motorsport styling. It will have the Nissan intelligent key with push button ignition. Instead of the typical hydraulic power steering, the new version will have electric power steering.
The machine has intuitive sensors in the headlights. So, it will automatically go on and off depending on the amount of light you are driving in. You will be able to slide, tilt, and control the glass moonroof with a single button.
The car will also have an in-built navigation and mobile app named, Nissan connect. The technology will allow you to connect with your smartphone hands-free, as it will have a display screen that can be controlled by your voice. The Rockford Fostage Ecopunch Audio system will be included. The car will also have advanced air bags, Bluetooth, and USB port.
